Rider Training Partnership
Since 2024, ARUSi has trained over 4,000 EV riders. The program combines practical riding, road safety, first aid, customer service and licensing support.
Delivered by qualified instructors in target locations, the Bodaa Program demonstrates how ARUSi can manage mobilisation, training, attendance and licensing support at scale.

Professional Riding
Core riding skills, control, balance and safe operation in traffic.
Defensive Riding
Hazard awareness, risk reduction and safe responses to other road users.
Traffic Rules & Compliance
Road signs, traffic laws, licensing requirements and responsible road use.
Electric & Efficient Bikes
Introduction to electric and efficient motorcycle use where relevant to the cohort.
Basic Maintenance
Daily checks, tyre care, battery awareness and routine bike care.
First Aid
Essential first aid and emergency response for riders and the public.
Customer Service
Professional conduct, passenger care and dispute handling.
Rider Welfare & SGBV
Financial responsibility, helmet use, rider protection and awareness of sexual and gender-based violence.
